About me
Though I was born in the United States, for over a decade, I have found my home in the rugged, untamed landscapes of Chile. My artistic journey began at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where I fell in love with the language of form, color, and texture. After stepping away from art to embrace the complexities of life, including the transformative experience of raising children, I have returned to my creative practice with a renewed perspective—one that weaves together the many cultures, roles, and mediums that have shaped me.
Currently, I am completing a master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, and Business at the Universidad del Desarrollo. Though it may seem like a departure from the world of art, for me, it’s a way to deepen my understanding of human connection and the stories we tell. Whether through photography, sketches, or textiles, my art explores the harmony and tension that define the human experience, capturing those fleeting moments of connection that often go unnoticed.
